Broadband Access Products (for new services only)
Business Broadband Order form
This form allows you to order our Business Broadband product (available Australia-wide) if you are a business. (Note that ADSL2+ speeds are available in Queensland only, and may not be available in all locations).
Premium Business Broadband Order form
This form allows you to order our Premium Business Broadband product (check Gold Coast coverage here) if you are a business.
Personal Broadband Order form
This form allows you to order our Personal Broadband product (available Queensland-wide) if you are a personal, SOHO or SME customer. Note that ADSL2+ speeds may not be available in all locations.
Personal Broadband TURBO Order form
This form allows you to order our Personal Broadband TURBO product (check Gold Coast coverage here) if you are a personal, SOHO or SME customer.
Change of Broadband Plan Forms (for existing services only)
To change plan type (eg. Business to Personal) complete the relevant Plan Change Form for the service you wish to convert to. Note that new contract terms apply as outlined on the Plan Change Forms.
In the case of a converting Business or Personal DSL Plans to Private Links, the Private Links Order Form must be used.

Domain and Hosting Order Form
This form allows you to register, delegate or re-delegate a Domain Name as well as tell us what mailboxes and aliases you would like set up for Domain and Email Hosting. This form also allows you to apply for our Domain and Web Hosting products.
Domain and Hosting Additions/Modifications Form
This form allows existing Domain/Web Hosting customers to apply for additional services or change their product options.
Other Internet Access Products
Premium Dial Up Application
Use this form to apply for our Premium Dial Up service. There are 8 plans to choose from, including Casual Dial Up, Bulk Hours or Value plans.
Flatrate Dial Up Application
Use this form to apply for our Flatrate internet access product. Please note that this product can only be paid by credit card. Choose another access product if you need to pay by invoice, cheque or cash.
ISDN Application
This form allows you to apply for an ISDN connection.
Change of Dial Up Plan Forms
These forms allow existing Premium & Flatrate Dial Up customers to change their product options.
