What do customers need to do?

Go to http://www.onthenet.com.au/orderforms.asp to view the latest plans and complete a Business or Premium Business Plan Change Form to change to a new plan*.

*A new 12 month contract term applies to plan changes.  Plan changes will be effective from the 1st of the month following the request.  To change plans for May, plan change forms must be received by OntheNet by close of business 29th April 2010.
